Our Work

Six petals, one lotus

Every program is distinct in shape, but all draw from the same root — the belief that dignity is restored, not given.

Petal One

Education

We believe an education is the single most reliable route out of generational poverty. Our education program combines direct financial support with the physical and digital infrastructure children need to actually attend and stay in school.

  • Merit and need-based scholarships for Class VIII–XII students
  • Classroom construction and repair in partner government schools
  • Digital literacy labs and take-home learning kits
  • Library corners stocked with age-appropriate books
Petal Two

Healthcare

In villages where the nearest clinic can be hours away, we bring free diagnostic and treatment camps directly to the community, alongside longer-term maternal and preventive health programs.

  • Monthly free medical camps with volunteer doctors
  • Maternal health check-ups and safe delivery support
  • Health awareness sessions on hygiene and nutrition
  • Referral support for specialist treatment
Petal Three

Women Empowerment

Financial independence changes everything else — confidence, decision-making power, and the ability to plan for a family's future. We work through self-help groups rather than one-off handouts.

  • Vocational training in tailoring, handicrafts and food processing
  • Micro-loans and enterprise mentoring for small businesses
  • Self-help group formation and financial literacy sessions
  • Market linkages so products reach real buyers
Petal Four

Child Welfare

Every child deserves safety, nutrition, and a childhood — not premature responsibility. Our child welfare work focuses on the youngest and most vulnerable in the communities we serve.

  • Daily nutrition support for undernourished children
  • Safe shelter referrals for at-risk children
  • Child protection awareness with parents and teachers
  • Early-years learning support
Petal Five

Livelihood & Skills

Skills that translate directly into income — that's the test we apply to every training program we run, for both men and women across the communities we work in.

  • Trade-specific vocational courses (electrical, carpentry, tailoring)
  • Small-enterprise start-up support and mentoring
  • Placement assistance with local employers
  • Follow-up support for the first year of a new venture
Petal Six

Environment & Rural Development

Sustainable livelihoods depend on a sustainable environment. We run community-led conservation efforts alongside our other rural development work.

  • Tree plantation drives with local schools and villages
  • Water conservation and rainwater harvesting projects
  • Sustainable and organic farming training
  • Waste management awareness campaigns
