Every project has an owner, a timeline, and a published outcome. Here is what's active, upcoming, and completed right now.
Two years ago, the government school in Chandanpur had one leaking room and no clean water. This project rebuilds it, classroom by classroom, alongside the local school committee.
Rebuild classrooms, install a functioning water point, and add a small library corner — enabling 84 children to learn without walking four kilometres to the next school.
Three of four classrooms are complete and in use. The library corner is stocked. The final classroom and a boundary wall are funded through the next quarter.
Free diagnostic and treatment camps that travel to five villages across the Bundelkhand region each monsoon season, when waterborne illness is at its highest.
Screen and treat common seasonal illnesses, refer serious cases to district hospitals, and run hygiene awareness sessions alongside each camp.
Medicines, diagnostic kits, and transport for the volunteer medical team make up the bulk of this project's running cost each season.
